MVC.NET DEVELOPER

HR EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage
the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate
with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct
onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain
candidate pipelines and track hiring metrics.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as
a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and HR-related matters.
- Plan and
execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Foster a
positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management
- Maintain
attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate
with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure
compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).
4. Performance Management
- Support
the appraisal process by collecting feedback and
maintaining performance records.
- Assist in
implementing training and development programs for employees.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft and
implement company policies, procedures, and HR documentation.
- Ensure
compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain
employee data confidentiality and HRMIS records.
NODE JS DEVELOPER
Mandatory: Typescript, NodeJS, MongoDB, Git
Optional: ReactJS, React Native, OAuth, OpenAPI, Docker
UI/UX DEVELOPER
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and responsive design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (ReactJS, Vue.js, or Angular preferred).
Knowledge of design systems, color theory, typography, and interaction design.
Ability to conduct user testing and interpret feedback effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
